Zoning Department

The Zoning Department reviews proposed buildings (structures), subdivisions, site plans, signs, and flats for compliance with the zoning ordinance, and issues zoning, sign, and flat permits. The administration of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is the responsibility of this department. The Zoning Board has the state mandate for review of applications for bulk variances for single-family homes, and site plans and subdivisions for use or density variances.

Please contact the Zoning Department for Zoning District information.

The Zoning Permit forms have changed, please disregard any old forms you have and only use the new forms that have been posted.
