Program for Adults 18+
What is PAM? Founded in 1971-72 by Tink Bolster, Princeton Area Masters (PAM) is the oldest Masters Swim Program in continuing operation in the State of New Jersey. PAM is a Princeton Recreation Department program and is for adults who are 18 years of age and older. Members participate in a variety of ways, ranging from fitness lap swimming to competition training.
Where: Four sessions: Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall. Spring, Fall, and Winter location: DeNunzio Pool; Summer location: Community Park Pool.

Who: Open to adults 18 and older
Fee for Princeton Residents: $178 for 13-weeks (Winter Session)
Fee for Non-residents: $178 for 13-weeks (Winter Session)
USMS Info: Spring, Fall, and Winter Session swimmers also must have current U.S. Masters Swimming memberships (aquatic facility requirement). Please register for USMS Club Affiliation: Garden State Masters (GSM); and USMS CLUB/Workout Group: Princeton Area Masters (PAM). To obtain, renew, or check on the current status of your membership visit: http://www.usms.org. If you are already registered for 2022, no action is required at this time (2023 renewal period is 11/1/22 through 12/31/22).
